Semi-Private Virtual Training
2 or 3 clients per trainer
offered via Zoom
these sessions are 30 min long with the trainer, working on individual strength training program catered specifically to each clients' needs
includes a 10-15min conditioning set (the conditioning set will change each month); 1st session is an hour long PRIVATE session and includes 30 min consultation + 30 min workout
Private Virtual Training
1:1 private training session that meets with trainer via Zoom or FaceTime 2x/week
sessions are 45min long
1st session includes consultation and short workout; this is an individualized program catered to one's uniques goals and needs.
