At Fuse Fitness, we know that everyone has their own story and reason why their goals are important to them. We do a complimentary fitness consult with every client,  so we are able to customize a program that’s tailored to you—whether it’s private, semi-private or small-group training.

Here’s what you can expect in your consultation:

  • Health, medical and exercise history 

  • Injuries and/or pain

  • Daily activity level—are you sedentary or active?

  • Physical assessment--postural, core, flexibility and strength

  • Food and/or body image sensitivities—exercise, weight, body image, and food can be very emotional issues and we understand that.

If joining our semi-private or private training program, we will design you a customized program based on both your goals and your needs. If joining our intimate group training program, our master-level certified instructors  will provide appropriate coaching to ensure safe progressions and regressions of any exercise.
