In joining our private/semi-private training, we design you a unique program based on both your goals and your needs. In our small-group training program, our master-level certified instructors provide proper coaching to ensure safety.

  • Health, medical and exercise history 

  • Current or past injuries and/or pain

  • Daily activity level—sedentary or active

  • Physical assessment--postural, core, flexibility and strength

  • Food and/or body image sensitivities
