Monkey Ninja Bootcamp

Run. Jump. Crawl. Kick. Sweat. In this fun but intense class you’ll be one part agile ninja and one part playful monkey. Strengthening from the core outward, this total-body workout ignites your metabolism and proves sweating can be fun!

Total Body Fusion

This class is a unique combination of TRX, HIIT, strength, balance and flexibility training. You’ll work muscles you forgot you had, becoming more agile and balanced while building lean muscleand toning your entire body.

TRX Power

Fuse together TRX® suspension training, plyometrics (think Power!) and interval training together for a total-body, cutting-edge, heavily-hyphenated class designed to build lean muscle, develop core strength, and unleash your power. 

Gentle Yoga

 A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. This class emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instructions and slow yoga poses.
