Monkey Ninja Bootcamp

Mondays, Thursdays
12pm – 12:45pm

11am – 11:45am

Run. Jump. Crawl. Kick. Sweat….you get the picture! This is no ordinary bootcamp! In this fun, rigorous class you will experience the agile ninja and playful monkey within. This class is designed to strengthen your body from the inside out, all while turning your body into a lean, fat-burning machine. These creative combinations of exercises are movements our bodies were built to perform. This class will leave you sweaty, exhausted, and accomplished! So let your inner child come out to play!

Total Body Fusion

Tuesdays, Fridays
8am – 9am

Sundays
10am – 11am

This class is a unique combination of TRX, Metabolic Surge, and Core.

TRX Power

Tuesdays, Thursdays
5pm – 6pm

Saturdays
9am – 10am

Gentle Yoga

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
1pm – 1:45pm

A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. This class also emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instruction and slow yoga stretches and poses.
